When you submit a booking request:
- We will contact you to confirm details and availability
- Your booking is only finalized after we confirm and you make payment
- Full details about what’s included, pricing, and cancellation will be shared before you pay
💰 Payment & Cancellation
- Full payment must be made before your retreat starts
- Cancellations made 3 days in advance are eligible for a 100% refund
- Cancellations made later than 3 days before the retreat are non-refundable
